I lead a very exciting life full of supermodels, bounty hunters and pornography.
Today on my way to the train I ran into Boba Fett outside of the Qdoba Mexican Grill.
Lucky for me I had my emergency Boba Fett costume in my bag...you know...so I wouldn't look like a square.

The Enchanted Train Platform.
As I may have mentioned I spend a lot of my time on trains...
...and because of this I also get to spend a lot of time waiting for trains.
Here are the tracks at the very end of the line.
They are particularly grim and filthy because a lot of people throw their garbage down onto them when boarding or departing. I doubt anyone actually climbs down there to clean them. Sometimes I see mice scurrying around in these areas.
This is the same piece of end track, but I lost my balance as I was standing for no real reason so it's got a little drag blur to it.
This is the little end bumper thing that the train is supposed to safely butt against I guess...also a lot of crud and garbage surrounding it. Kind of filthy in that wonderful night city filth way.
Then we have these guys...
I have no idea what these are. Beautiful bright orange something-or-others. There are always a few of them around on the platform. I just can't figure them out.

Adventures in Dunken Photography!
So I went into NYC on Saturday and became inebriated...
I was on my way to a show with a friend and decided to pull out my camera and start snapping some random drunken pictures. These are my favorites of those I took.
Here's my friend Steph's arm and her White Russian...
This is a beautiful Nike that someone had thrown in the trash...
There was a whole wall of spectacular black and white graffiti.
This was a Homer Simpson face on the same wall.
A bright green neon sign in unfamiliar characters...
I couldn't tell you if this was a building or traffic in the street but I think the streaks of light are magical, whatever they were.
This is one of my favorites. A particularly blurry fruit stand. 10:41PM that picture was taken. I just thought it was very strange that there was a fruit stand like that still open on the street selling fruit so late at night.
This is a picture of my legs. Not even sure how I took this picture. It's such an odd angle, as if I was behind myself.
Just a perfect NYC nightscape...
These are the puppets from the show we went to, Stuffed and Unstrung. I think they look like zombies the way they are hung on the rack.
Of all of the pictures I took that night this is the one I am most proud of, especially having been plastered at the time. Just simple, shot straight up into those elegant little white flowers with the black sky background.
I just love the primary colors used on the MetroCard kiosks...are they considered kiosks?
Last but not least...
On our way home we went through Hoboken to get some fried chicken. Hoboken has a major problem with public drunkenness. This was posted to one of the doors.
I also put together a little video of all the pictures I took...
If you enjoyed this video you can see more at http://www.youtube.com/user/PamAnnJett!

Happy Passover things I guess...
I saw this in a shop window on my way home from work...
It is some sort of Passover inflatable punching bag weeble-wobble toy thing. You know the kind that would usually depict a professional wrestler...or the villain from a comic book and/or movie. But here it depicts Rameses amidst a hoard of plague frogs...
...just look at the happy little plague frog...sitting on his head there...
As you can see the river in the background has turned to blood...but it's ok Old Rameses doesn't look too worried. What a delightful child's toy.

Mirrors are handy!
This is me and my new Polaroid camera.
I bought it at a Khols department store for $53 with coupon.
Mirrors are handy for taking pictures of yourself and your camera at the same time.
I have blogged before but this is my first photoblog thinger. All it is going to be is a bizarre record of my day to day life accompanied by a few words about the random pictures I take. I have no professional training so the pictures are all going to be awful but that's just how I roll. Just random moments of banality caught, well not on film...but on a digital memory stick!
For instance here are my giant feet and a coffee cup.
Here's my Stephen Colbert Tote that I got at Barnes&Noble a while back sitting in the seat in front of me on my train ride to or from work I can't remember.
And here is a red brick building in Hoboken NJ shot from across the aisle and out the window while once again on the train...I spend a lot of my time on that train.
So I hope this gives you a good idea of what this blog will be like and such. I till try to make the commentary on the pictures short and interesting. So...um...the end.
